Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and support decision-making
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for continuous reporting and dashboard creation
- Ensure all data handling complies with FISMA, HIPAA, and other federal security standards
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and project objectives
- Audit data quality and implement corrective measures to maintain accuracy
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests for agency partners and leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal data regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Experience with ETL processes and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
