Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies supporting agency objectives
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems using SQL, Python, and R for compliance with federal standards
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation processes and adherence to FISMA/NIST protocols
- Collaborate with program managers to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Document methodologies, processes, and findings in accordance with federal audit requirements
- Stay current with evolving federal data regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal/government contracting background
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical analysis tools
- Expertise in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI) and ETL processes
- Deep understanding of federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, HIPAA, NIST)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
