Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for VA leadership and stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends in veteran health outcomes
- Ensure compliance with federal data privacy regulations (HIPAA, FISMA)
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive briefings
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure
- Maintain data integrity across VA's Memphis health system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
