Responsibilities
- Analyze federal healthcare datasets to identify trends and generate performance reports for executive leadership
- Design and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and R to ensure data integrity
- Develop interactive visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder briefings
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (HIPAA, FISMA) and documentation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings to senior officials through concise executive summaries and data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with federal data analysis projects and reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Certification in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) or data engineering preferred
