Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT systems for federal clients.
- Monitor network traffic and analyze security threats to protect sensitive data.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and security protocols (NIST, FISMA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions.
- Document system configurations and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or federal contracting.
- Active Secret Clearance or willingness to undergo a background investigation.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and cybersecurity best practices.
