Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends and generate actionable insights for government stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance
- Create interactive visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support federal program evaluation and reporting requirements
- Stay current with evolving federal data privacy regulations and security protocols
- Present findings to senior leadership and government partners through clear, concise documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data analytics methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience analyzing federal or government datasets with proven regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis tools (R/SAS)
- Expertise in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard development
- Strong understanding of federal data security protocols (NIST, FISMA)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
