As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability and security of our enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and compliance standards.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for server hardware and software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy system upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and optimize infrastructure for scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration or network engineering.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or CompTIA Security+.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and cloud services.
