Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex software solutions and database architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality IT projects.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and IT staff.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or database management.
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, and modern web frameworks (React, Angular).
- Strong understanding of government IT infrastructure, security protocols, and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven government environment.
