- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to strict federal regulations, data privacy laws, and agency security protocols to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Audit Support: Assist in internal audits and quality assurance checks to ensure all data outputs meet federal standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and reporting processes for greater efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required for federal positions.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a government or federal contracting environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
