Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot federal network infrastructure and hardware systems.
- Provide tier-3 technical support to federal employees and constituents via Help Desk protocols.
- Implement and monitor stringent cybersecurity protocols to ensure compliance with federal standards (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
- Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline digital workflows and enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience working with federal IT systems and a willingness to obtain or hold a Federal Security Clearance (Secret/Top Secret).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell), Linux administration, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA) and federal compliance regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform effectively in a high-stakes, regulated environment.
