Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems and network architectures supporting federal operations.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Oversee cybersecurity protocols and ensure strict compliance with federal standards such as FedRAMP, NIST, and FISMA.
- Manage full project lifecycles from initiation through deployment, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing to protect sensitive data.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in federal or military IT environments.
- Proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with ITIL framework and project management methodologies (PMP preferred).
