Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex federal IT systems to ensure 99.9% operational uptime.
- Implement and monitor strict cybersecurity protocols to meet FISMA compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy secure software solutions.
- Conduct system audits, vulnerability assessments, and provide advanced technical support to federal stakeholders.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate records for regulatory compliance audits.
- Lead training sessions for junior staff and mentor team members on best practices.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (TS/SCI) required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in federal or defense contracting environments.
- Strong proficiency in ITIL framework, project management, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with government officials.
