Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale federal datasets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze complex data trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making for federal stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other regulatory compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or SAS.
- Prepare detailed reports and briefings for executive leadership and program managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data sources, methodologies, and audit trails.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy laws, and security protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain or possess a Secret or Top Secret clearance is a plus.
