Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and support agency objectives
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control procedures
- Prepare comprehensive reports and briefings for federal stakeholders and leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Maintain compliance with federal data security standards (NIST, FISMA)
- Document methodologies and processes for audit requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in federal data analysis or government contracting
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis tools
- Experience with federal compliance frameworks (NIST, FISMA, HIPAA)
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, SAS) preferred
