Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to visualize compliance trends
- Ensure adherence to federal data governance standards including FISMA and HIPAA requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations for public sector clients
- Automate data pipelines using cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) to improve reporting efficiency
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support federal agency strategic initiatives and policy evaluations
- Present findings to stakeholders through executive summaries and technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience analyzing federal or government compliance data
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Strong understanding of federal regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, FOIA) and data privacy standards
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Certification in data analytics or federal compliance (e.g., CDMP, CIPP) highly desirable
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance if required
