Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets for federal agencies to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Prepare technical reports and briefings for government stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal security standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to integrate data sources and streamline workflows.
- Identify data trends and anomalies to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and obtain a Secret or Top Secret security clearance (training provided).
- Basic familiarity with SQL or Excel is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
