Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights for federal stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal compliance standards and data privacy regulations (GDPR/FISMA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
- Maintain and optimize legacy database systems to improve performance and security.
- Create comprehensive reports and visualizations for executive leadership using Tableau and Power BI.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
- Assist in the migration of on-premise data systems to cloud-based solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Statistics, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in federal or state-level data analysis or systems administration.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
