Core Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and validate complex datasets from various government sources to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal standards.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with program managers and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and reporting capabilities.
- Ensure strict adherence to data security protocols, including FedRAMP and NIST guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization best practices and tools.
- Familiarity with federal regulations, compliance frameworks, and data governance policies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
