Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to support policy decisions and operational efficiency
- Develop automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and R for federal compliance reporting
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive leadership review
- Ensure all data handling adheres to federal security protocols (NIST, FISMA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on data integrity and standardization initiatives
- Prepare detailed analytical reports for congressional and agency stakeholders
- Maintain documentation of data methodologies and compliance measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing methodologies
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (post-training)
- Detail-oriented approach with exceptional problem-solving skills
- U.S. citizenship required
