Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to identify trends and generate actionable insights
- Create detailed reports and visualizations for government stakeholders using SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Ensure all data handling complies with federal regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support agency-specific data initiatives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control and validation processes
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, concise executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic SQL knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Ability to obtain federal security clearance (training provided)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to complete our paid federal data training program
