Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret massive federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify security trends and anomalies
- Design interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive briefings and policy recommendations
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, HIPAA) and implement robust data governance frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to support counterterrorism, border security, and disaster response initiatives
- Present findings to senior officials through concise visualizations and data narratives
- Maintain data integrity across secure federal systems while implementing security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience analyzing federal, state, or municipal datasets with security clearance eligibility
- Expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling techniques
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
