Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FISMA, and other federal data standards

- Lead data quality improvement initiatives across VA systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with federal or healthcare data analysis
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong understanding of federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) data services
- Clearable federal background investigation required
- VA-specific system experience (Vista, Cerner) highly desirable
