Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated data pipelines for federal compliance reporting
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify security threats
- Create interactive dashboards for executive decision-making using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure data integrity across federal systems following NIST and FISMA standards
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on counterterrorism and border security initiatives
- Document analytical methodologies and provide training to junior analysts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in federal/government data analysis environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical modeling
- Security clearance eligibility or existing clearance (required)
- Familiarity with federal data governance frameworks (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
- Strong written communication for policy briefings and technical reports
