Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and R
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging trends
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise reports and briefings
- Maintain accurate documentation of analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Experience with federal data reporting standards (OMB, OPM)
