Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on security clearance projects
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visualizations
- Maintain data integrity across secure federal systems
- Support real-time monitoring of key performance indicators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with federal data systems and compliance protocols
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Tableau
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one immediately
- Expertise in statistical modeling and hypothesis testing
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL pipelines
- Knowledge of federal data privacy regulations (18 U.S.C. § 1030)
