Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex federal datasets to support decision-making processes.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or PowerApps.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, including ITAR, EAR, and FOIA requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical data findings into actionable business intelligence.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and warehousing to maintain data integrity.
- Conduct statistical modeling to forecast trends and identify potential risks.
- Prepare detailed documentation and briefings for stakeholders and government officials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal or government sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain/maintain required security clearances.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws and federal reporting standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
