We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Federal Data Analyst to join our mission-critical team in Virginia Beach. In this role, you will leverage advanced statistical methods and data visualization techniques to support federal agencies in making informed, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
- Collect, cleanse, and analyze large, complex datasets from federal sources, ensuring high data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik to visualize trends and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with program managers and federal stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure all data analysis processes adhere to federal regulations, security protocols (e.g., FedRAMP), and internal compliance standards.
- Identify patterns, anomalies, and trends within data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for process improvement.
- Document data models, methodologies, and findings in clear, concise technical reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal or defense sector.
- Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and programming languages such as Python or R is highly preferred.
- Active Public Trust or Secret security clearance is required for this position.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
