Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to support strategic initiatives
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive summaries
- Maintain data integrity and quality control standards
- Support FOIA requests and audit preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years federal government data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and visualization tools
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Familiarity with federal reporting frameworks (e.g., OMB guidelines)
- Strong statistical modeling and predictive analytics skills
- Certification in data governance (e.g., CDMP) preferred
