Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and compliance gaps
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for agency stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to FISMA, HIPAA, and OMB data governance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Automate data pipelines using Python/R and SQL for weekly deliverables
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear visual narratives
- Maintain strict data security protocols for classified information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years experience with federal government data systems (e.g., FedScope, MAX)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization tools
- FISMA/FedRAMP compliance certification or equivalent training
- Portfolio demonstrating complex federal data analysis projects
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Experience with SAS or SPSS for statistical modeling
- Expertise in handling PII/PII data per federal guidelines
