Responsibilities
- Analyze federal healthcare datasets to identify trends in veteran treatment outcomes
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for leadership reporting
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FISMA, and federal data governance standards
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on veteran care improvement projects
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive summaries
- Maintain secure data warehouses with zero-incident records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with federal data systems (VA, CMS, DoD)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and R programming
- Certification in Federal Data Security (e.g., CDSP)
- Expertise in healthcare data modeling methodologies
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain
- Experience with VA VistA and Cerner systems preferred
