Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop automated data pipelines for federal compliance reporting (CUI, PII, FISMA)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for agency leadership using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure adherence to federal data governance frameworks (DMRS, DoD 5015.2)
- Present findings to cross-functional teams including agency stakeholders and auditors
- Maintain documentation for all data processes and security protocols
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement data security measures for sensitive information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in federal data analysis or government contracting
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Experience with federal data regulations (CUI, HIPAA, FISMA)
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, SAS) or security clearance preferred
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis methodologies and data visualization tools
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
