Responsibilities
- Collect and Process Data: Gather, clean, and organize complex datasets from various federal sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large data sets.
- Data Visualization: Create compelling reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all data handling adheres to strict federal regulations and security protocols. Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and government clients to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
- System Optimization: Assist in the maintenance and optimization of data management systems to improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Experience: No prior federal experience required. Basic knowledge of data analysis or spreadsheets is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel is highly desired).
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required to work on federal contracts.
- Background Check: Must be willing and able to pass a government background investigation and security clearance process.
