Responsibilities
- Maintain and secure electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Process and code medical documentation for billing and reimbursement accuracy

- Train staff on health information systems and privacy protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field
- RHIT or RHIA certification required
- Minimum 3 years of health information management experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic)
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare privacy regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
