Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain NIST-compliant security controls across federal IT systems
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on classified networks
- Develop incident response protocols for cyber-attack scenarios
- Coordinate with federal agencies on security policy implementation

- Lead compliance audits for FISMA and CMMC requirements

Qualifications
- Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in federal IT security roles
- Certification in CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in risk assessment frameworks (NIST SP 800-30)
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, ArcSight)
