Responsibilities
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of federal IT infrastructure across multiple agencies.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, including FISMA and FedRAMP requirements.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including vulnerability assessments and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement digital transformation solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff and external contractors.
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or state government IT environments.
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is highly preferred.
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or GSEC are required.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and federal procurement processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
