Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for federal network infrastructure and hardware.

- Monitor system performance and respond to incidents to ensure 99.9% uptime for federal services.

Qualifications
- Citizenship of the United States is required.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain a Secret security clearance.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field; or 4 years of additional relevant experience.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud-based federal systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a high-security environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting.
