We are looking for a proactive professional to join our dynamic IT team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure and network systems within the Sacramento Regional Office.
- Implement and monitor federal cybersecurity protocols and compliance standards (FISMA).
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for internal federal staff and stakeholders.
- Conduct system audits and ensure data integrity across federal databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy federal systems.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports for federal oversight agencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Experience with federal IT systems, such as VA Information Technology (VA IT) or OPM systems.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, server management, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret Security Clearance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a high-security environment.
- Strong communication skills for interfacing with senior federal leadership.
