Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user devices.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex federal systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy IT solutions that meet agency goals.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and incident reports in accordance with federal guidelines.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, network administration, or systems engineering.
- Knowledge of federal regulations, including FISMA, NIST, and ITIL frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
