Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain complex federal IT networks and systems to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and monitor robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and hardware devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance reporting.
- Document technical processes and provide training to junior staff members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a federal or civilian IT environment.
- Active or ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance (Tier 5/4).
- Strong proficiency in network protocols, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity frameworks (NIST).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal/written communication skills.
