Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across federal agencies and internal teams, providing clear communication and status updates.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and delivery milestones.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with federal regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS) and cybersecurity standards.
- Collaborate with technical architects and subject matter experts to define technical requirements and system architectures.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, dashboards, and business cases to executive leadership.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT Project Management, specifically within the Federal or G-Sec sector.
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of government contracting lifecycle, compliance requirements, and security clearances.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
