Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of federal IT projects, ensuring alignment with agency goals and milestones.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and agency standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and government clients.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and implement contingency plans effectively.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for senior leadership and auditors.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management within the federal sector.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
