Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement complex IT solutions for federal agencies.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security standards, including FISMA and FedRAMP.
- Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and provide high-level technical support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and system performance.
- Manage network infrastructure and ensure 99.9% uptime for critical operations.
- Document system architecture and create detailed technical reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- 3+ years of experience in federal IT environments or similar high-security sectors.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and modern networking protocols.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and risk management frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical data to non-technical leadership.
