Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems including network infrastructure and security protocols
- Provide technical support for 100+ federal employees across multiple agencies
- Implement cybersecurity measures compliant with NIST standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and migrations
- Document technical procedures and maintain compliance with federal regulations
- Train staff on new technologies and security best practices
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (federal position)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years experience in IT infrastructure management
- Active Security+ or CISSP certification
- Experience with federal IT security frameworks (FISMA, NIST)
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
