Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure federal IT infrastructure and networks.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support to federal stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, including FISMA, NIST, and ITAR requirements.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular security audits, and manage vulnerability assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade legacy systems and implement modern technologies.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports accurately.
- Respond to and resolve critical IT incidents with minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Active Top Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain clearance) is required.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, virtualization (VMware), and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and incident management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
