We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage complex systems and ensure compliance with federal standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure for federal clients.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with FedRAMP and NIST standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and mission-critical systems.
- Develop and document technical specifications, procedures, and architectural diagrams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor system performance and security to prevent unauthorized access or data breaches.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for emergency system outages.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in federal IT environments or defense contracting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef).
- CISSP or Security+ certification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
