Responsibilities
- Perform risk assessments and continuous security monitoring of federal information systems.
- Implement and maintain network security protocols in strict compliance with federal standards such as FedRAMP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve system performance.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure adherence to Department of Homeland Security compliance requirements.
- Provide technical support, training, and documentation to agency personnel.
- Participate in incident response planning and disaster recovery exercises.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal IT environments, specifically in cybersecurity.
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and government contracting processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
