Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and endpoints, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive federal data against cyber threats and breaches.
- Conduct system audits, compliance checks, and performance tuning to meet strict federal regulations.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable cloud solutions and migration strategies.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and incident reports for knowledge management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience).
- Active Top Secret security clearance is required.
- Experience with federal IT frameworks such as FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST.
- Proficiency in managing Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or GSEC are highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
