Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and secure network infrastructure to ensure data integrity and federal compliance.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to identify requirements and design scalable IT solutions.
- Conduct system audits, performance tuning, and security assessments.
- Document technical procedures, configuration changes, and incident reports.
- Assist in the migration of legacy systems to cloud-based environments (Azure/AWS).
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal IT support or systems administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, and AWS cloud services.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, cybersecurity protocols, and federal regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with senior leadership.
