Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems including Windows servers and Active Directory
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for 500+ federal employees
- Implement cybersecurity protocols compliant with NIST standards
- Document system configurations and create operational procedures
- Coordinate with regional IT teams during system outages
- Train users on new software deployments and security protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or 3+ years equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and PowerShell scripting
- Experience with federal IT compliance frameworks (FISMA, FedRAMP)
- CompTIA Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with ITIL practices
