Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal agency hardware and software systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity across secure networks.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure projects.
- Maintain strict compliance with federal security protocols and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT processes and user experience.
- Conduct regular audits and security assessments to mitigate potential risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Active Public Trust Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal IT support or a related technical role.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, network administration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of federal compliance standards (FISMA, NIST).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
